Donalds Votes For Historic Working Families Tax Cuts: Check To See If You Qualify For "No Tax On Tips"

WASHINGTON – On July 4 th , 2025, President Trump signed historic Working Families Tax Cuts into law to codify the America First Agenda and fulfill the promise of "no tax on tips" to the American people. Under the "no tax on tips" provision of H.R. 1 – "The One Big Beautiful Bill" various occupations are excluded from federal taxes on tipped income, and up to $25,000 can be deducted in tipped income annually from 2025–2028.
