Congressman Garcia’s decision not run for re-election is a deeply personal decision that only he could make for himself and his family. I stand by Congressman Garcia’s decision to focus on his health, care for his wife’s worsening health condition, and be there for his newly adopted grandson after the tragic loss of his daughter. “I do not support the resolution – which arose from a lone-wolf act – directed at Congressman Garcia.
