Congressman Mackenzie Presents Lehigh Valley Nonprofit Bloom for Women with National Victim Advocacy Award

Image April 22, 2026 Press Release Washington, D.C. — Congressman Ryan Mackenzie (PA-07), representing the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos, presented Bloom for Women with the Ed Stout Memorial Award for Outstanding Victim Advocacy at today’s Crime Survivors and Justice Award Ceremony at the Library of Congress. Congressman Mackenzie nominated Bloom for the award earlier in the year. Bloom for Women, based in Bethlehem, was honored for its work supporting survivors of human trafficking and helping women rebuild their lives through long-term housing, case management, and job-readiness programs.
