DeLauro Celebrates Virginia Paid Family and Medical Leave

April 1, 2026 Press Release Today, Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-03) released a statement applauding Virginia for becoming the 15 th state to enact a paid family and medical leave program: “Americans are trapped in a cost-of-living crisis. When Democrats gain power, they respond.
