De La Cruz's HUD Transparency Act Passes the House

WASHINGTON – Today, Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz's (TX-15) HUD Transparency Act passed the House floor with bipartisan support. The legislation mandates the Inspector General (IG) at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to testify annually before Congress on efforts to detect and prevent waste, fraud, and abuse.
