Fitzpatrick Statement on Budget Resolution

Tonight’s procedural vote was merely to advance the House-Senate discussions and deliberations regarding extending the current federal tax code, which is set to expire. It was one of multiple iterations that will volley back and forth between the House and Senate. The word Medicaid is not mentioned or addressed anywhere in this procedural bill. We will continue to keep a close eye on these deliberations as they continue, to ensure that the interests of our PA-1 community are protected.
