Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher Announces Congressional App Challenge Winner for Texas’ Seventh Congressional District

Today, Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07) announced Cindy Lu as the winner of the 2024 Congressional App Challenge.  Cindy’s app, Oasis, is designed to support mental health by guiding users through introspective practices to foster self-awareness and emotional well-being through a personalized experience. “I am so impressed with Cindy’s creative talent and thoughtful purpose,” said Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher .  “Cindy’s Oasis app is a creative and important contribution to helping young people access the mental health resources they need.  Her enthusiasm and resourcefulness are so inspiring.  I congratulate her on this accomplishment and look forward to seeing what she does next!” Cindy is a TX-07 resident and a student at St. Agnes Academy.  The Congressional App Challenge is an annual competition that is open to middle and high school students in each congressional district.  For more information on the Congressional App Challenge, click here .
