Congressman Biggs Announces Winners of 2026 Congressional Art Competition

June 15, 2026 Press Release GILBERT, ARIZONA – Congressman Andy Biggs (R-AZ) recently announced the results of his office’s annual Congressional Art Competition, which was themed to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. The winning piece, a painting titled Moment of Reflection by Hamilton High School student Elaine Huang, will be displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year.
