Wittman Hosts Field Event with House Natural Resources Committee at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science

GLOUCESTER, VA – Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) was joined by the House Committee on Natural Resources and Congresswoman Jen Kiggans (VA-02) on a field visit to the Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS). The purpose of the trip was to provide members of the House Natural Resources Committee with the opportunity to learn about the cutting-edge research and community impact that takes place daily at VIMS. “It was a pleasure to see firsthand the work that VIMS is doing to advance scientific research that addresses challenges to coastal and marine environments,” said Rep.
