Tuberville Slams Biden’s FBI for Secretly Surveilling his Phone
WASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) issued a statement after it was revealed that Special Counsel Jack Smith and President Biden’s FBI secretly surveilled his phone in 2023. This was part of Special Counsel Smith’s bogus and blatantly political January 6 th investigation into President Donald Trump. “I was just shocked to learn during an FBI briefing that Jack Smith narc’d on myself and seven other Senators during his made-up January 6 th probe into President Trump,” said Senator Tuberville. “When I ran for Senate, I expected that countries like China, North Korea, or Russia would go after me. But I never expected it would be my own country under Joe Biden tapping my phone. Make no mistake: Joe Biden was surveilling the phones of U.S. Senators to try to punish his opponent, President Donald Trump. It’s an absolute disgrace—and someone needs to go to jail.” Senator Tuberville joined Kudlow on Fox Business and Bannon’s War Room to discuss the scandal on Monday afternoon. Senator Tommy Tuberville represents Alabama in the United States Senate and is a member of the Senate Armed Services, Agriculture, Veterans’ Affairs, HELP and Aging Committees. ###
