WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Brad Finstad (MN-01) released the following statement after the House passed H.R. 4, the Recissions Act of 2025 , with Congressman Finstad’s support: “Since President Trump took office, both Congress and his Administration have taken decisive action to root out billions of dollars in waste, fraud, and abuse from programs that fail to reflect the values and needs of the American people,” said Rep.
