Whether it’s resolving an issue with Social Security, renewing a passport, or helping with another federal agency, serving Ohioans is one of the most important parts of my job. If you’re experiencing an issue with a federal agency, I encourage you to reach out. While my office can’t ask an agency to circumvent its rules or change a final decision, my team can help answer questions, locate resources, request status updates, and work to ensure your case is being handled fairly, properly, and in a timely manner. My team immediately got to work, contacted the appropriate federal agency, and helped move her case forward. We were also able to secure her back pay and provide a detailed list of where every dollar came from, down to the penny.
