Sen. Moran Announces Federal Resources to Improve Rural Kansas Bridges
WASHINGTON
– U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) – a member of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development (THUD) – today announced federal investments for three communities in southwest Kansas to replace bridges in Comanche County, Pawnee County and the City of Kinsley. These resources were awarded by the Department of Transportation through the Competitive Highway Bridge Program, part of the FY2025 THUD Appropriations bill.
