Correa Statement on California National Guard Ruling

SANTA ANA, Calif. — Today, Representative Lou Correa (D-CA) issued the following statement in response to a federal judge’s ruling against the Administration’s use of the National Guard in Los Angeles and Orange County: “Neither our Orange County Sheriff, nor our Santa Ana Police, asked for assistance from the National Guard. This is neither the first time, nor the last, we’ll have a First Amendment demonstration in Orange County,” Correa said. “We’ll continue to work with our locals to keep our neighborhoods safe.
