Ricketts Statement on Executive Order on Red-Dyed Diesel

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts (R-NE) released the following statement on the President’s Executive Order temporarily allowing use of red-dyed diesel on highways: “I appreciate the Administration’s willingness to find new ways to bring down costs for our farmers and ranchers during harvest. The temporary highway use of red-dyed diesel will help with transportation and supply chain costs, like transporting machines to the field. We will continue working to ensure Nebraskans get the relief they deserve.”
