As a member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW), Boozman has advocated for improvements to our nation's infrastructure and supported legislation to strengthen roads, bridges and runways. He spearheaded legislative efforts to help communities of all sizes, in every state, secure loans to modernize critical water infrastructure with the innovativeSecuring Required Funding for Water Infrastructure Now (SRF WIN) Actthat was included as provision in theAmerica’s Water Infrastructure Act of 2018and signed into law. Additionally, John serves on the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, also known as the Helsinki Commission, is an independent U.S. Government agency created in 1976 to monitor and encourage compliance with the Helsinki Final Act and other OSCE commitments.
