Moreno Applauds Sixth Circuit Confirmation of Judge Flowers

WASHINGTON – Today, Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) praised the Senate confirmation of Benjamin M. Flowers to be a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. “Mr. Flowers has spent his career fighting for Ohio and its citizens, including before the United States Supreme Court,” said Senator Moreno . “I am confident that Mr. Flowers will serve with integrity and continue to make Ohio and this nation proud on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.” The Sixth Circuit has jurisdiction over federal appeals from the states of Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee. In Ohio, the Sixth Circuit has appellate jurisdiction over the Northern District and the Southern District of Ohio.
