Flag Requests

My office will gladly assist you in requesting an American flag be flown over the Capitol. With your flag, you will receive a certificate to commemorate the event. It can be personalized with a person’s name, the occasion for which the flag is being flown, as well as a specific date.There is a fee associated with receiving an American flag flown over the Capitol. Please include a check (please no starter checks) or money order made out to The Keeper of the Stationery, along with a completedFlag Formto:
Payment must be received before we can process your flag request. Due to security delays, please send in your Flag Form and payment six weeks prior to the date you would like to have the flag flown. After your flag is flown, please allow 4-6 weeks for its delivery. Please place your order no more than four months in advance of the date on which you want the flag flown.
