The budget request proposes massive cuts to science and innovation programs under the jurisdiction of the Science Committee. “This budget request should be ignored,” said Ranking Member Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) . “The only thing this twisted collection of so-called policies would do is fuel Trump’s war.
