January 17, 2025 Press Release Operates 44+ Apartment Complexes in southern Nevada WASHINGTON – Today, Congresswoman Susie Lee (NV-03) released the following statement after the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) made an announcement that it was taking legal action against Greystar — the nation’s largest multi-family rental property manager, which operates 44 apartment complexes in southern Nevada — for deceiving families about rent prices: “Greystar operates dozens of apartment complexes in southern Nevada and cannot be allowed to deceive working people just to make an extra dollar.
