Today, U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.)announcedhe will introduce legislation to restrict local district court judges’ ability to issue nationwide injunctions and therefore stymie President Donald Trump’s agenda.
District Court judges have issued RECORD numbers of national injunctions against the Trump administration – a dramatic abuse of judicial authority. I will introduce legislation to stop this abuse for good
