Washington, D.C.— Today, U.S. Congressman Andy Barr (R-KY) voted YES on H.R. 7148, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, finalizing Fiscal Year 2026 funding and advancing a responsible, Republican-led agenda aligned with President Trump’s America First priorities. “This vote finishes the job — fully funding our government, strengthening America’s military, cutting wasteful spending, and delivering real results aligned with President Trump’s America First agenda,” said Congressman Barr. “That’s what responsible Republican governance looks like.
