Larson Statement on the Passing of Former Vice President Dick Cheney

Larson (CT-01) released the following statement on the passing of former Vice President Dick Cheney. “Dick Cheney served his country for decades as a White House official, a Member of Congress, a Cabinet member, and finally as Vice President,” said Larson. “While we had strong disagreements, I applaud his courage and bravery – alongside his daughter Liz – to put country before party and call out the perils we are facing as a democratic republic. May their example serve as a reminder to all of us to stand up and speak out when we see our country under threat – even when it is not easy to do so.
