Congressman Nick Langworthy Announces $9.5 Million Contract in Owego to Support Repairs of U.S. Navy Helicopters

June 5, 2025 Press Release WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Nick Langworthy (NY-23) announced Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Owego, NY was awarded a $9.5 million contract modification to support repairs of H-60 Naval Hawk helicopters for the United States Navy.
