Without reclassifying Iowa Hwy 5, ag and construction haulers are forced onto longer, less efficient routes. 📈 Greater Des Moines is booming . As one of the fastest-growing metros in the Midwest, improving mobility on Iowa Hwy 5 will fuel more jobs, more access, and more growth. Bottom Line: Roads are economic engines.
