ICYMI: PHOTOS: Capito Delivers Remarks at GameChanger Annual Dinner

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. – Last night, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) delivered remarks at the Sixth Annual GameChanger Prevention Education Dinner in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va. Senator Capito has long been a supporter of GameChanger, which was founded in 2018 to empower young West Virginians to lead healthy, drug free lifestyles as they prepare to be the leaders of tomorrow. “GameChanger has and always will be a program designed by and for West Virginians. I was glad to once again join them at their annual dinner and celebrate all they’ve accomplished to empower students to lead the charge in building healthy, drug-free lives. With organizations like GameChanger leading the way, we can envision a future without addiction,” Senator Capito said. “CADCAs President and CEO, Major General (Retired) Barrye L. Price, attended the GameChanger Dinner last night, and he came bearing great news. First, he was pleased to announce that CADCA has formalized its partnership with GameChanger and GameChanger University. Second, and more importantly, General Price shared that Gamechangers was unanimously selected for CADC's highest award, the Major General Arthur T. Dean Humanitarian Award, which is given annually to a company, organization, or individual who has made significant contributions to the Prevention Movement. Price concluded his comments with a personal message to Joe Boczek and Larry Pucio, saying, “We see you, and the great and impactful strides that GameChanger is making in West Virginia,” CADCA said . # # #
