Congressman Flood Announces FY26 Appropriations Guidance
Image April 11, 2025 Press Release WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Representative Mike Flood released a form to receive federal appropriations requests for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. Programmatic & Language Requests in FY26 “Members of the U.S. House are able to submit requests to our committee for inclusion in the annual appropriations bills,” said Rep. Flood. “Because the number of requests to Appropriations is limited, our office gets an early start on obtaining, developing, and prioritizing these requests for submission.” Programmatic requests are an opportunity to request specific funding levels for federal programs that are important to you or your organization. Language requests are an opportunity to requests specific bill or report language that does not direct funding to a particular entity but encourages, urges, or directs some type of action. The submission form can be found by clicking here . All requests are due to the office by Thursday April 24, 2025 at 6pm ET. Community Project Funding (CPF) Requests in FY26 “Due to how the FY 2025 appropriations process played out, CPF requests were not included in the continuing resolution funding the government for this fiscal year,” said Rep.
