<p><strong>NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ&nbsp;</strong>— Earlier this week, January 7, 2025, U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-05) administered the oath of office for New Providence, NJ Councilwoman Kathleen Dolan.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“Kathleen is no stranger to fighting for New Providence children and families. As a leader in our community, she helped raise funds to build a new turf field at New Providence’s high school — at no cost to taxpayers,”&nbsp;<strong>said Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5).</strong>“With her knowledge, dedication, and passion for making a difference, I have no doubt Kathleen will lead not just New Providence, but our entire state forward.&#8221;</p>

<p>Gottheimer was joined by Mayor Allen Morgan, Councilwoman Diane Bilicska, Councilwoman Nadine Geoffroy, Councilman Alexander Kogan, Councilwoman Lisa McKnight, and Councilman Matt Cumiskey.</p>
