We all want secure borders and safe communities—but ripping apart families and deporting American citizens does nothing to accomplish that goal. “How does deporting a four-year-old undergoing treatment for metastatic cancer make America any safer? How does deporting a two-year-old reduce crime? It doesn’t. It’s just cruel. “Instead of using Rochester as a prop to make a political statement, Tom Homan should focus on following the rule of law and actually doing his job.” ###
