Moreno Secures Key U.S. Attorney Confirmations

WASHINGTON –Today, Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) released the following statement after Dominick Gerace II was confirmed as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio. In October, Senator Moreno secured the confirmation of David Toepfer as U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio.
