Congressman Williams Announces Winners of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition

This year’s theme celebrates the upcoming 250 th anniversary of the United States. 1 st Place - Kinley Roach "Proverbs 3:6", Granbury, TX, Homeschooled 2 nd Place - Abigail Beatty "American Hero", Granbury, TX, Homeschooled 3 rd Place - Jayden Phillips "Liberty of 250" , Cross Plains, TX, Cross Plains High School “I am proud to announce this year’s Congressional Art Competition winners. The Artistic Discovery Contest aims to recognize and encourage artistic talent across the United States.
