These provisions specifically address: Supply Chain & Industrial Base Security GAO study on Chinese-sourced materials in munitions, microelectronics, and energy storage. DoD assessment of vulnerabilities in medical supply chains, including Chinese APIs and devices. Cybersecurity & Technology Expanding NSA support to share cyber threat intelligence with the defense and telecom sectors. Requiring a DoD report on cyber training interoperability and potential for a unified cyber academy. Directing DoD to prioritize university partnerships in advanced research areas like hypersonics, biotech, and AI. Defense Accountability & Readiness Establishing a timeline and annual reporting requirement for the Department of Defense to achieve a clean audit. Directing a report on Navy aviation maintenance backlogs and aircraft availability, with attention to Florida bases.
