Hoyle Statement on Second Anniversary of October 7th For Immediate Release: October 7, 2025 WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Representative Val Hoyle (OR-04) released the following statement on the second anniversary of the October 7th attack: “Today marks two years since the horrific attacks of October 7, when Hamas brutally murdered, kidnapped, and terrorized innocent people. They were acts that shocked the world. My thoughts are with the families who are still grieving and the hostages who have not been returned home. This anniversary is also a time to recognize the immense suffering of innocent civilians in Gaza, where Netanyahu's ethnic cleansing campaign has taken far too many lives.
