(Denver, CO - June 6, 2024) - Today, House Minority Leader
Rose Pugliese
released the following statement concerning SB24-210 - “Modifications to Laws Regarding Elections”:
“SB24-210 includes important protections for county clerks prior to the 2024 election. However, our Republican House Caucus was split on the bill. If a ballot initiative passes in the 2024 election related to ranked choice voting, I am committed to working with all sides on a process to find agreement on implementation of the initiative in a way that respects voter intent and the needs of our county clerks.”
