Washington, DC - Today, House Budget Chairman Jodey Arrington (TX-19) issued the following statement after House passage of H.R.28 , the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act : “Biden and the Left have turned Title IX against the women it was meant to protect,” said Chairman Arrington. “Our daughters should not be cheated out of their athletic opportunity by being forced to compete against biological men.
