U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Awards $553,500 to Standing Rock Sioux Tribe

BISMARCK, N.D. – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced a $553,500 award to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. The funds will support the Tribe in addressing its highest environmental priorities, strengthening the management and implementation of its environmental programs, enhancing coordination, and protecting the overall health of the reservation’s environment.
