Senator Banks Praises President Trump’s Budget for Indianapolis VA HospitalFriday, April 3, 2026

WASHINGTON, D.C.— Today, Senator Jim Banks (R-Ind.), a member of the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee and an Afghanistan veteran, released the following statement praising President Trump’s Fiscal Year 2027 budget which includes $1.98 billion to build a new VA Medical Center in Indianapolis with an 840,000 square-foot bed tower to fulfill acute care requirements, multi-specialty clinic, primary care, and utility infrastructure:
