Con 115 miembros, el “New Democrat Coalition” reúne a un grupo diverso de demócratas centristas y moderados comprometidos con trabajar de manera bipartidista en el crecimiento económico, la renovación de la infraestructura y la gobernanza responsable, entre otros temas. “Soy de centro, y creo en trabajar de forma pragmática para lograr resultados”, dijo Hernández. “En temas de desarrollo económico, fondos federales, energía, salud y vivienda, entre tantos otros, espero trabajar con mis colegas en el New Democrat Coalition para ayudar a Puerto Rico”.
