Delivering for Iowans
This week, I had two very special visitors in Washington, my daughters, Jayna and Selwyn! The girls had a front-row seat to see what it means to work hard for Iowans. From joining me on the House floor for votes to exploring our nation’s monuments and even making a stop at the zoo, it was a great reminder of why I fight every day to make our state stronger for the next generation. Check out this quick recap of our week: Stopping China from trafficking fentanyl by cosponsoring bipartisan legislation to cut off cartel cash flow and shut down money laundering networks. Preventing massive tax hikes for Iowans by voting to stop a looming 22% tax increase on middle-class families, farmers, and small businesses. Ensuring rural seniors have access to food by introducing bipartisan legislation to help food banks to deliver meals directly to those in need. Watch now.
