Mike Levin Honors Logan Bailey as September 2025 Constituent of the Month Logan Bailey San Clemente, Calif. – Today, Rep. Mike Levin (CA-49) recognized Logan Bailey, a 14-year-old San Clemente resident and actor, as his September 2025 Constituent of the Month. At just seven years old, Logan started acting at Center Stage Studio in Aliso Viejo. For the last four years, Logan has voiced the character Pandy Paws in the Netflix series Gabby’s Dollhouse. Logan recently hit a milestone when the series was adapted into a movie, Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie, where Logan continued his role as Pandy Paws. Gabby’s Dollhouse highlights themes of inclusivity and curiosity by discovering new worlds and embarking on many adventures. Logan’s family moved to San Clemente in 2015, and it is a place he is proud to call home. He credits San Clemente with shaping who he has become today. He watched the premiere of Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie at the Outlets in San Clemente with both friends and family. Rep. Levin recognized Logan for his incredible acting achievements and commitment to his craft, highlighting that hard work and dedication can accomplish great things at any age. See below for Rep. This is just the beginning of Logan’s achievements and I'm proud to recognize his success and determination so far. “Logan is a great role model and inspiration for San Clemente youth who aspire to be actors.
