Congresswoman Nikema Williams Statement on Antisemitic Attack at the Capital Jewish Museum

WASHINGTON D.C. – Congresswoman Nikema Williams (GA-05) issued the following statement:

“Antisemitism and violence in any form are never acceptable, and we must actively and consciously confront both at our community and national levels. Hate has no place in our country, and last night’s shooting at the Capital Jewish Museum is appalling.

Leslie, Carter, and I extend our deepest condolences to the families of the young Israeli embassy staffers, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim, who tragically lost their lives last night in Washington, D.C. I’m keeping the victims’ families and friends in my thoughts and prayers.”
