September 12, 2025 Press Release WASHINGTON — Congressman Morgan Luttrell (R-TX) announced staff district events for September, including multiple Passport Application Acceptance Days, a Veterans Resource Fair, and four sessions of mobile office hours. At these events, constituents can learn more about the federal resources available to them and receive assistance with federal agencies. Note: Passport Application Acceptance Days are intended for first-time applicants and minors under the age of 15 applying for a passport or renewals.
