"One of my greatest honors as your representative is nominating exceptional young men and women to our nation's service academies," said Rep. Rouzer. "These individuals represent the very best of our community and the future of American leadership. It is truly inspiring to see such a profound commitment to duty, honor, and country in the next generation." Applying to a service academy is a two-step process. First, applicants must apply for a nomination through a qualified nominating source to be considered for admission to a service academy. Second, applicants must apply to their preferred service academy/academies and meet their minimum qualifications set forth by that particular academy. Students, parents, and educators in NC-07 are invited to engage directly with Rep. Rouzer’s staff and representatives from all five service academies – including the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. This forum provides a vital introduction for those looking to navigate the unique nomination and admissions processes of these prestigious institutions.
