Mike Levin Honors John Harms as February 2025 Constituent of the Month San Juan Capistrano, CA – Today, Rep. Mike Levin (CA-49) announced John Harms as his February 2025 Constituent of the Month for his community service efforts helping military families. John, alongside his wife Sara, is a leader of the infant pantry at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church. The pantry operates monthly, providing those in need with supplies like diapers, wipes, formula, and nursing pads. The infant pantry has a specific focus on aiding families who live on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. John Harms See below for Rep. Levin’s statement recognizing John Harms in the Congressional Record: “M. Speaker, it is my great honor to recognize John Harms as my Constituent of the Month for February 2025 “As many of you may know, my District is home to Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. I know how important it is that military families get the resources they need, and I believe we can always do more to ensure that no veteran goes homeless, hungry, jobless, or without health care.  John, alongside his wife Sara, does vital work to help our Camp Pendleton families as the leader of the infant pantry at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church. “Once a month on Saturday mornings, John coordinates volunteers as they distribute supplies like diapers, wipes, formula, and nursing pads to families at Camp Pendleton, serving the large portion of families living there. “John and the entire pantry reflect a commitment to giving back to those who serve, and as a veteran himself, John understands the importance. I’m grateful for John’s leadership, which has created a vital resource for those who need and deserve it most.” ABOUT THE CONSTITUENT OF THE MONTH PROGRAM: Rep.
