Columbia City, Ind.— Tonight, Senator Jim Banks released the following statement:“I’m very sad to share that my brother Whitley County Commissioner Chad Banks tragically passed away this evening. Our family is devastated. Chad was a devoted husband and father to six children, a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, and a dedicated public servant.
