Rep. Allen Celebrates Confirmation of Doug Collins as VA Secretary

Today, by a vote of 77-23, the United States Senate confirmed Doug Collins as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Following the Senate vote, Congressman Rick W.
