Hern Backs FY26 National Defense Authorization Act
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Kevin Hern (OK-01) released the following statement after voting to pass the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA): “The FY26 NDAA affirms our commitment to securing peace through strength around the world under our Commander-in-Chief, President Trump. We’re refocusing our military on meritocracy, readiness, and deterrence to ensure we are the most lethal fighting force in the world. Our troops make incredible sacrifices, which is why this year’s NDAA also improves servicemembers’ quality of life through a 3.8% pay raise and improving housing, education, and childcare for military families. I look forward to sending this critical piece of legislation to President Trump’s desk to be signed into law.” ###
