Image December 10, 2025 Press Release WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Congressman Mike Flood issued a statement following the passage of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for FY 2026, which provides for annual defense spending, secures additional funding for Offutt AFB, and delivers a 3.8% pay raise for all U.S. service members. “This must-pass bill authorizes annual military spending and represents a robust investment in America’s national defense. I am pleased that members of our Armed Forces will receive a 3.8% pay raise and that we’re investing $42.35 million in Offutt Air Force Base with three projects related to the new Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC).
