Lucy McBath (@replucymcbath) Transcript of remarks: This coming Sunday, Jordan will be 30 years old. My Jordan, who should be with us. We should be celebrating Jordan. We should be uplifting his accomplishments. Maybe he would be getting married. Maybe he would have finished college, or maybe he would have been in the military. But, Jordan is none of those things. Jordan is the legacy that I continue to fight and live for every single day because he was taken by unnecessary gun violence like so many that we have lost each and every day in this country. And so, I am honored to be with you. I’m honored to continue to stand and fight, because abolishing the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention does not abolish our movement. It does not stand in our way.
