Hern Announces New Communications Director

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Representative Kevin Hern (OK-01) announced this week the hire of Ashley Haines to serve as Communications Director. Haines comes to the Hern office with experience on Capitol Hill, previously serving as Press Secretary for Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01) and Communications Director for Congressman Derrick Van Orden (WI-03). Haines will serve as Communications director for Congressman Hern’s office and the House Republican Policy Committee. Chief of Staff Cameron Foster said, “Effectively communicating the significance of the issues the American people face and articulating the importance of the solutions Congressman Hern and his House colleagues develop is a great responsibility.
